    茗香盈人

     
    下午无事,把两个实习的文秘聚在一起训练泡茶。这是商务接待中不可或缺的一部分,也是有内涵的文秘该熟稔于心手到擒来的技能。当年对文秘工作的强烈反叛,是我心里一直的遗憾。工作三年,回过头去看很多事,都有了一份新的理解。希望我带出来的孩子,都是很优秀的职员。
    泡茶,两个孩子都还不够稳,熟悉环节的过程,谈不上优雅,但冲茶的环节有很好听的名字,细细品味,是一种幽香的节奏。有文如下:
    一曰:[白鹤沐浴]
    就是烫瓯洗杯,先洗盖瓯,再洗茶杯,然后把茶杯装上茶斗。用茶量根据盖瓯大小,一般6——10克。
    二曰:[乌龙入宫]
    右手端平茶斗,左手防下茶罐,拿起茶匙,将茶斗里的铁观音茶叶颗粒不丢地拨入盖瓯,故称之为乌龙入宫。
    三曰:[悬壶高冲]
    提起开水壶,对准盖瓯口边,先低后高,冲入盖瓯,使茶叶在瓯里旋转,免冲破“茶胆”,促使茶叶露香,然后盖上瓯盖。
    四曰:[春风拂面]
    左手提起瓯杯,轻轻地在瓯面上绕一圈,把漂浮在瓯面上的泡沫刮起,然后右手拿起开水壶把瓯盖冲净,使茶叶清新洁净。
    五曰:[关公巡城]
    把茶水依次巡回地斟入茶杯里。斟茶时应低行,以免散失香味。
    六曰:[韩信点兵]
    斟茶斟到最后瓯底最浓部分,要均匀地一点一点滴到各茶杯里,达到浓淡均匀,香醇一直,也蕴涵着主人深情厚意。
    七曰:[喜闻幽香]
    这就是闻其香,闻闻茶水的香气,那天然馥郁的清香,让你神清气爽,心旷神怡。
    八曰:[品啜甘霖]
    这叫品其味,品啜香茗的韵味,当你呷上几口,便会感到满口生津,齿颊留香,喉底甘甜,回味无穷。
     
    听两个孩子碰撞紫砂的声响,不免游神思远。
    茶,也是人生。生性焦虑的日本人,崇尚的就是那种豁达从容。
    如果附庸风雅,只能尽显做作。唯有从灵魂深处渗透出的悠然,才能衬下香茗的气场,安心宁神,盈郁香满堂。
    朋友们,有空可以去茶楼坐坐,可能会换来别样的心情。
